- Total hours worked
- Daily average hours

- Since November 2023, Infosys has required employees to work from the office at least 10 days a month.
- The monitoring system was introduced alongside this hybrid work model to ensure sustainable productivity and prevent burnout.

🏢 Infosys Hybrid Work Policy – March 2025 Update

Infosys has officially transitioned to a structured hybrid work model, effective March 10, 2025. This move reflects a broader industry trend toward balancing flexibility with in-person collaboration.

🔹 What the Policy Says

Employees are now required to work from the office for at least 10 days each month. This is a minimum threshold, and certain projects or business units may require more frequent in-office presence depending on operational needs.

This mandate applies specifically to employees at Job Level 5 (JL5) and below. These include roles such as:

- Systems Engineers
- Senior Systems Engineers
- Technology Analysts
- Consultants
- Team Leads

Employees at Job Level 6 and above — such as Project Managers, Senior Managers, Delivery Heads, and Vice Presidents — are currently exempt from this requirement.

🛠️ How It’s Being Enforced

Infosys has updated its internal attendance tracking systems to reflect the new policy. The mobile app used for logging work-from-home days will no longer approve WFH requests by default. Instead, it will enforce the 10-day minimum office attendance rule.

If an employee fails to meet the required number of in-office days, the system may automatically deduct from their leave balance as a penalty.
