Fun fact, Linear.app mostly uses a LCH color scheme instead of HSL

LCH has the benefit that it’s perpetually uniform, meaning a red and a yellow color with lightness 50 will appear roughly equally light to the human eye. This makes it possible to generate more consistently good-looking themes, regardless of which base colors are used.

Consider LCH for applications that offer customizability in terms of color, as well as apps that have systematically generated instead of nominally picked colors.
