本次更新预计会新增以下功能：

+ 为了为 Surge 用户提供更加优质的体验，我们将增加对 Simple-OBFS 的支持

详细说明：由于原版协议目前已经在大多数地区效果不佳，而 Surge 用户无法享受 SSR 带来的 QoS bypass 体验，因此我们将提供对 Simple-OBFS 的支持。

+ 0倍率接入点策略调整

为了符合 rixCloud Relay Access 个人订阅无限制数据传输量的公平使用策略，更新后，0 倍率接入点在 1TiB 「高速流量」耗尽后仍然可以允许连入并正常使用（不进行 QoS，不包含中继接入点）

· 端口复用模式调整

由于端口复用模式使用了较为消耗性能的 auth_chain_a 协议，因此可能给订户的客户端带来较大压力。更新后，我们将调整为其他足够可靠但性能开销更小的协议

- 撤销对 AEAD 算法的支持计划

由于在测试中我们收到反馈 AEAD 可能导致被 GFW 检出的情况，且在配合 SimpleOBFS 使用时未能通过我们的基础 QoS bypass 测试，因此本次更新中我们将不会添加对 AEAD 算法的支持

rixCloud 条款和条件变更：

rixCloud 订户权益 - 附加订阅条款

不再限制每个账户所能关联的订户权益数量，账户内存在多个有效订阅的订户不再受到限制。

不再限制仅能关联一个相同的订户权益附加订阅，订户可以关联多个相同的订户权益附加订阅。

这些条款和条件的变更将于 2017年10月8日 00:00 （UTC-4:00）生效

将 Google 云端硬盘挂载为本地计算机上的实体磁盘。

接入点状态通知

我们的支持团队检测到「香港中继接入 1」的边缘出口接入点（Edge Node）出现错误率升高的异常情况。造成部分用户连接时可能出现闪断现象。

为了检查问题，支持团队已经将边缘接入点切换到 HKT 1Gbps Static 备援出口，用户的正常使用不会受到影响。某些检查 IP 的网站可能会退出您的登录并要求重新登录。

为了提高服务质量，「香港中继接入 1」目前已经启用了 DNS 路由均衡策略。

当前共计有 2个 入口接入点，2个中继隧道，2个不同的边缘出口，边缘出口分别为：

WTT 1Gbps Static
HKT 1Gbps Static

DNS 资源记录的 TTL 为 3600秒（1小时）

rixCloud 近期变更通知

rixCloud API：预计将在 2017年11月 支持 Telegram 账户绑定和 Telegram 门户 Bot

rixCloud 管理门户：预计将在 2017年11月支持 Simple-OBFS 配置的导出。（注意！启用 Simple-OBFS 类型的混淆插件后，SSR 配置导出 / SSR 接入点信息订阅将会被禁用。）

rixCloud 管理门户：即将支持基于 Stripe 的国际信用卡（Visa / MasterCard / JCB / American Express）的付款方式。

We are about to revise rixCloud infrastructure to avoid service interruption. Unfortunately this revision process may affect our subscribers. Our current specific adjustments are:

a. rixCloud home page and management portal may restrict some visitor's geolocation area. Visitors in certain countries or regions may require additional authentication or may be denied. If this problem occurs, it is recommended that a proxy service be used.

b. Due to the network restrictions in China, network errors might occurre more frequently within rixCloud Relay services . We will monitor such problems and resolve them as soon as possible. If you find that some of our access points are not accessible, please submit a support ticket to rixCloud NOC department with a screenshot of the related issues and we will process it ASAP.

c. We recommend our subscribers to use SSR protocol which does not have a compatible mode. If you are currently using Surge App, you can submit a ticket to rixCloud Billing Support to get a shadowrocket app redeem code(US App Store) for free. To be clear, a screenshot with your Surge App purchasing record(including apple ID on board) must be attached. Subscribers can also get another shadowrocket App redeem code for free at Management Portal.

rixCloud Secure DNS Transparency report

Domain open.oneplus.net will be Blocked by rixCloud Secure DNS for Security reason.

rixCloud now accepts all major debit and credit cards from VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Discovery.

rixCloud Relay Network Maintenance notice

We are adjusting the rixCloud Relay Network, the connection may be a temporary interruption.

Our technical analyst recently found that the latest SSTap client has an unpleasant module which might be used to disable partial or all function remotely. In case that this backdoor being used for further purposes, it is recommended that rixCloud subscribers avoid using this software immediately.

rixCloud Homepage, Document Center, Management Portal and RESTful API will no longer support TLSv1.0 and TLSv1.1.

Hong Kong Relay Access Points may sufer from outages or an increasing rate of network error due to service maintanance of Netvigator. The maintainance will be carried out on 3:00 to 6:00 (Hong Kong Standard Time), October 25th. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Edge node of Hong Kong Relay Access Point 2 has been changed.

Recently we talked with the Developer of SSTap application and we’re glad that he answered all the concerns.

Some of the features of SSTap are disabled due to a bug of its remote rule update mechanism, which has been fixed in version 1.0.8.7 and later.

Subscribers should be aware that this app is designed for gaming. Other suitable apps should be used for ordinary purposes.
