We are about to revise rixCloud infrastructure to avoid service interruption. Unfortunately this revision process may affect our subscribers. Our current specific adjustments are:
a. rixCloud home page and management portal may restrict some visitor's geolocation area. Visitors in certain countries or regions may require additional authentication or may be denied. If this problem occurs, it is recommended that a proxy service be used.
b. Due to the network restrictions in China, network errors might occurre more frequently within rixCloud Relay services . We will monitor such problems and resolve them as soon as possible. If you find that some of our access points are not accessible, please submit a support ticket to rixCloud NOC department with a screenshot of the related issues and we will process it ASAP.
c. We recommend our subscribers to use SSR protocol which does not have a compatible mode. If you are currently using Surge App, you can submit a ticket to rixCloud Billing Support to get a shadowrocket app redeem code(US App Store) for free. To be clear, a screenshot with your Surge App purchasing record(including apple ID on board) must be attached. Subscribers can also get another shadowrocket App redeem code for free at Management Portal.

Our technical analyst recently found that the latest SSTap client has an unpleasant module which might be used to disable partial or all function remotely. In case that this backdoor being used for further purposes, it is recommended that rixCloud subscribers avoid using this software immediately.
