"I’ll tune thy woes with my lamenting tongue;
And drop sweet balm in Priam’s painted wound,
And rail on Pyrrhus that hath done him wrong;
And with my tears quench Troy that burns so long;
And with my knife scratch out the angry eyes
Of all the Greeks that are thine enemies.
Show me the strumpet that began this stir,
That with my nails her beauty I may tear.
Thy heat of lust, fond Paris, did incur
This load of wrath that burning Troy doth bear:
Thy eye kindled the fire that burneth here;
And here in Troy, for trespass of thine eye,
The sire, the son, the dame, and daughter die."

One of my fatal flaws is destroying myself before others get the opportunity. This decreases greatly when I feel safe and secure in the longevity of my intimate relationship.

“Self-harm, my soul, you are doing self-harm: and you will have no more opportunity for self-respect. Life for each of us is a mere moment, and this life of yours is nearly over, while you still show yourself no honour, but let your own welfare depend on other people's souls.”

Here's a poem I wrote in 2014:
I am a manic werewolf, desperate to rip you to shreds.
I will destroy your will to live,
grapple at your jugular with diamond crusted claws,
whispering promises of damnation in your ear.
I will apologize innards on my breath, flossing teeth with tendons as molten silver pours from your eyes.
"I didn't mean to destroy us."

There is an adage often incorrectly attributed to Aristotle that says,
"It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it."
I understand this to say that lack of intelligence is the same as lacking the ability to learn. So, let us maintain that learning and eudaimonia (learned wisdom) itself are the means to improve upon the current.
Would the ability to learn then be essential to trust?
If so, then does trust become necessary for forgiveness?
Does this mean that continued improvement, eudaimonia, is the final goal of trust?
What then of trust that accepts the current but holds the goal of that trust being proven in time?
I do not pretend to have the answers to these questions. Now I present them to you. They have circled the confines of my mind for long enough. May you reflect upon them, shed light upon the meaning I cannot uncover myself.

Stand up and fight! May the ancient magic give you strength. May the wolf inside you follow the voice of blood. Follow the northern star to the lands where the spirits of your ancestors are waiting for you.

"The ritual initiations in the Wolves brotherhood were passed from Dacia to the Germanic tribes through the Celts' Druids and through the Goths."
"Valhalla or Valhöll, in Norse mythology, was the "hall of the Valks", the wolf warriors, who live there blissfully under the leadership of the god Odin. Their feminine counterparts were the Valkyries also spelled Walkyries, Old Norse Valkyrja, the female wolf warriors, in Norse mythology."
"The Order of the Dragon was a branch of the "Wolves brotherhood" constituted by Slavic rulers and warlords and Sigismund of Luxemburg, the king of Hungary and emperor of the romano-germanic empire."

"I dream of an heroic Aryan world, a world that began in the forests, strengthened through blood and honor, leading to Valhalla, and finishes with your greatness written in time itself.
It can be that way again, my Aryan children. Wotan calls upon his people to fulfill your noble destiny. You have it in you, one and all. For each of you there is a place in Valhalla.
Courageous deeds are the path to glory. Live as Wotansvolk!
In the spirit of the gods of your ancestors, build this Creed of Iron!"

On this day 271 years ago on the 16th April 1746, the Jacobite army of Charles Edward Stewart or Bonnie Prince Charlie, made its last stand on Drummossie Moor near Inverness in the Scottish Highlands. The Battle of Culloden, ended the idea of a Stewart restoration and solidified the rule of the Hanoverian dynasty to the British throne.
Many clansmen died upon those moors with many Englishmen and Irishmen dying as well in the name of the king across the water.
