I’ve been skimming through this book for the last half hour and it’s pretty cool. Some interesting knowledge, and some stuff that will make you chuckle. 😂

Sometimes the old ways are far superior to the new-fangled. ♥️

Here’s a longer version, over 9 minutes. I’m absolutely mesmerized. Everyone is so fit and healthy looking, with good posture and nice skin.

It also makes me realize how much we’ve stopped taking pride in the way we dress on a regular basis. People honored themselves more here than they do these days.

Stretching is one of the best things you can do for your whole self in the morning, and added bonus, it helps wake you up and makes you feel more energized! Animals know this, if you have a dog or cat, notice it’s always one of the first things they do when they wake up! Stretching increases mindfulness and awareness of your body and surroundings, which is important to the animal kingdom.

Stretching your body for just 5 or 10 minutes in the morning relieves tension you’ve built up through the night and increases your circulation, including blood flow to the brain. It kick starts the parasympathetic system - the “rest and digest” system - and will help keep a smooth balance in your transition between sleep and awake phases, plus it will make you feel more relaxed while simultaneously increasing your energy!

Bonus points if you can stand outside on some grass or soft land to ground yourself to the earth while you stretch your arms up to the sky and then slowly reach down and touch your toes. This isn’t some woo-woo practice, it’s actual science! While grounding, your body picks up negative ions that act as antioxidants in your body, neutralizing free radicals. I can feel a big difference in my physical body and state of mind when I do this. So give it a shot!

This is insane! I’m blown away. I’m so happy that people are excited about this show and getting themselves healthy! I really believe the BEST thing any of us can be doing first and foremost is taking our power back by reclaiming our health. I can’t wait to see where we all collectively take this and what else it will lead to.
