I have SO MUCH info for you on meat, dairy, eggs and animal fat that you’e not going to want to miss!

Animal products have really been demonized over the last several decades, but are they really the health culprit we’ve been lead to believe they are? Are animal fats really the cause of heart attacks and stroke? Does meat cause high blood pressure? Is raw milk actually dangerous? Why are we seeing massive amounts of dairy allergies and lactose intolerance?

Is it really the products themselves that human beings have been consuming since time began that are to blame? Or is it something else?

Animal products are actually super foods containing all the nutrition our bodies need. But not all animal products are created equally. It’s important to know what to look for and what to avoid!

I’m excited about this one today because it’s an area in my life that I’ve made life changing discoveries for myself and my son, and I can’t wait to share them with you!

80% of Americans test positive for chemical found in Cheerios, Quaker Oats that may cause infertility, delayed puberty

4 out of 5 Americans are being exposed to a little-known chemical found in popular oat-based foods, including Cheerios and Quaker Oats, that is linked to reduced fertility, altered fetal growth and delayed puberty.

According to a recent study 80% of Americans tested positive for a harmful additive called chlormequat.

Chlormequat is a plant growth regulator. It works by inhibiting gibberellin biosynthesis, which helps to regulate plant growth, resulting in shorter, sturdier plants, making it easier to harvest. Thus, more $$$ for the evil corporations.

The chemical was detected in 92% of non-organic oat-based foods tested in May 2023.

This information is nothing new. We also know these products contain glyphosate, an herbicide and KNOWN carcinogen.

It’s time to boycott these companies once and for all. If you have any of these products in your home right now, throw them away.

New Study Finds Exercise Twice As Effective At Treating Depression Than Anti-Depressant Drugs

“Experts analyzed 14,170 people with major depression disorder from 218 separate trials and ranked different forms of exercise by how effective they were at treating the condition compared with existing treatments,” reports the Telegraph.

Walking or jogging two to three times a week was the best way to improve mood, the researchers found, improving symptoms by 63 percent, compared to taking SSRI drugs, which only produced a 26 percent improvement (not to mention all the risks and side-effects).”

This fits with last week’s episode of The Clean Living Project on Blue Zones. All 5 Blue Zones that reported longer lives and less disease, as well as all 7 Blue Zones of Happiness that reported happier people and less depression and anxiety, all shared something in common - these regions of people walk and ride bikes more, move their bodies more, and are less sedentary overall.

If you’re feeling down, get up and move!

We’ll be talking all about seed oils. The use of seed oils has beed the biggest, most impactful change in the dietary habits of human beings in the last 100 years, and probably ever.

You may be shocked to find out where seed oils came from, how they’re made, and why they were pushed on us as a “healthy alternative” to animal fats and dairy, contrary to the evidence.

Since being converted from an industrial product to a staple in our diet, we’ve seen massive leaps in obesity and disease. High in omega-6, they are one of the biggest culprits in inflammation, leading to various health problems and chronic diseases.

So why do “experts” such as the American Heart Association (AHA) recommend them to us?
