MAHA🔥 : WK Kellogg Co. announced it will eliminate synthetic dyes from Froot Loops, Apple Jacks, and other cereals by late 2027—yielding to pressure from RFK Jr.'s Make America Healthy Again movement and activist campaigns.
The Battle Creek company posted the commitment on its website Friday, joining major food manufacturers ditching artificial colorants like Red 40 and Yellow 5. This follows failed 2018 promises to remove additives in the U.S. market.
Already, 85% of Kellogg's cereal sales lack artificial dyes, with Froot Loops, Apple Jacks, and some Rice Krispies as holdouts. It had pledged dye-free school cereals by 2026-2027 and no synthetic colors in new products from 2026.

The effect of hanging around negativity.
You've heard "you are what you eat." More accurate is "you are what you consume."
This doesn't just mean what you eat or drink, it also includes what you watch, listen to, and who you spend time around.
So be selective - because what surrounds you, slowly becomes a part of you.

MAHA🔥 : President Donald Trump will be joined by professional athletes on Thursday to sign an executive order that will expand on his council on sports, fitness and nutrition, including by reviving the Presidential Fitness Test in public schools, White House officials told CNN.
The event, which will feature golfer Bryson DeChambeau, Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker and former New York Giants linebacker Lawrence Taylor, among others, comes as the US prepares to host the 2025 Ryder Cup, 2026 FIFA World Cup and the 2028 Summer Olympics — all of which are major feathers in Trump’s cap for his second term.
The president, who often boasts that he gets to oversee the milestone sporting events, has been heavily invested in making them a success. He has also used his bully pulpit to reshape cultural issues, many of which have been tied directly to sports, including new policies on transgender athletes and threatening the Washington Commanders to change its name back to the “Redskins” or potentially face restrictions on a major stadium deal.
This initiative appears as an attempt to build on that momentum.

I saw an African guy once being interviewed about why he wanted to come to America.
His answer has stuck with me.
He said that America is the only country in the world where you can be poor AND fat.
I found this equal parts true, funny, and sad.
In related news, RFK Jr., who absolutely understands the correlation involved and its direct impact on the obesity epidemic the SNAP program has contributed to, is now taking massive steps to address that problem by removing things like candy and sugary drinks from SNAP benefits that had previously been allowed for purchase.
And if you think beneficiaries are mad about that now, just wait until the bans include processed food. That one is gonna hurt.
But, as painful as it may be for them, it's a win/win situation for everyone (them included) as they'll be forced to eat healthier, home-cooked meals.
And as for the rest of us, we won't have to foot the massive bills that obesity causes, such as the exponential rise in people on SNAP benefits diagnosed with diabetes resulting from the previous setup.

A year ago, I created a full line of clean personal care products for The Clean Living Project. I spent months perfecting it, formulating products I wanted for myself and the world, completely free of toxic ingredients. Every detail was ready: the formulations, the manufacturing, the packaging. Everything.
But just as I was about to launch, I lost my income overnight. Getting the line up and running required capital I no longer had. I had a small savings, but I now needed it to survive. So the project got shelved at the very last minute.
The people close to me at the time knew how hard I worked on this and how passionate I was. I dedicated all my time to researching and learning about every ingredient. Having to abandon a dream I worked so hard on and believed in was a punch in the gut.
I still want to bring it to life, and I may have just found a way, but I want to know if people would still be excited about it after all this time. If I could make it happen, would you want it?

I meannn… it’s not the worst idea. I think I’d let them dry out before placing them back in the bag. 😂😂

"Vote with your dollars" means using your spending choices to support the companies, products, and values you believe in, while avoiding the ones you don’t.
The idea is that every time you buy something, you’re essentially “casting a vote” for the business practices behind it. If enough people consistently support ethical brands and boycott harmful ones, the market eventually shifts to reflect those priorities.
But there’s something else to keep in mind.
When something becomes popular, whether it’s natural skincare, clean eating, or sustainable living, you’ll always see two kinds of people rush in: those who believe in it and feel passionately about it, and those who see dollar signs.
Opportunists cashing in on a trend aren’t going to protect your health as fiercely as their own, the way someone who truly cares will.
A good example is Proctor and Gamble acquiring brands like Native (Natural Deodorant), TULA Skincare, and Mielle Organics.
Do you think P&G suddenly cares after poisoning you for decades? Of course not. They’re still poisoning you with Pantene, Olay, Secret, Gillette, Crest, etc. But they know there’s money now in “natural” products as the trend shifts in that direction.
So what happens when integrity isn’t part of someone’s business model? In the case of P&G acquiring Native, they quietly changed some of their ingredients. Native went from being known for its focus on natural ingredients and transparency, to adding things like "fragrance.” If you watched The Clean Living Project, you know “fragrance” is a term used as a loophole to legally conceal harmful chemicals.
Clean Living is not easy unfortunately. We have to be diligent about reading labels, researching brands, and questioning marketing ploys. But every time we “vote with our dollars,” we push the market toward better options. The more we demand integrity and honesty, the more accessible and affordable truly clean products from ethical sources will become.

Bucket Theory
Clean living is hard work. Once we begin detoxifying our lives, we realize we have an uphill battle ahead of us. It’s very easy to get overwhelmed when we see that poisons are everywhere, and that even our food, air, and water are toxic. It’s enough to make you want to give up.
That’s where Bucket Theory has been a game changer for me.
The idea is this: Think of your body as a bucket that’s filling up with water. The water represents toxins building up in your body. Your body was built to handle toxins, but there’s a limit to how much. Think of the water spilling over when that limit is reached. That tipping point is where we start seeing inflammation, illness, and disease. There’s also small spigot at the bottom of the bucket working hard to drain the water, that’s your body’s natural detox system. The human body was made to eliminate what’s harmful. Unfortunately the world is so full of poison now, it has a harder time keeping up.
So your job is not to eliminate toxins completely (which is good, because that would be impossible). You just need to slow down the rate at which the toxins are entering your body so your spigot has the chance to do its job.
Even small changes can make a huge difference. Remember, the goal is just to stay under the spill over point. You don’t have to change everything in your life to do that. Sometimes swapping out a few products can do the trick! Especially if they’re things you use every day that can really add up. Filter your water. Choose cleaner food when you can. Change your laundry detergent to something clean and free from harsh chemicals. Every drop you keep out of the bucket is one less drop pushing you to overflow.
Don’t worry about getting everything perfect, remember stress itself is toxic to your body. Cortisol and adrenaline are just more water in the bucket, so obsessing over every detail only works against you. This is why my favorite saying on The Clean Living Project is “Do what you can, where you can.” Living cleaner is totally possible when you let small changes add up. 🩷

NEW💥: The Department of Health and Human Services announced Thursday it is reviving a long-defunct task force aimed at improving the safety of childhood vaccines, fulfilling a demand of anti-vaccine activists.
The resurrection of the panel appears to be the first concrete step to achieve HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s longtime goal of upending the current childhood immunization schedule, which recommends which shots children receive and when.
The task force will make recommendations focused on developing and refining childhood vaccines that result in “fewer and less serious adverse reactions,” improving the reporting of adverse reactions and supporting research on vaccine safety, according to HHS. The first report will be sent to Congress within two years.
Congress in 1986 mandated the creation of the task force as part of legislation to address childhood vaccine safety. The Task Force on Safer Childhood Vaccines was disbanded in 1998 and released a report that year recommending an expansion of research on vaccine safety and surveillance of injuries.

Last night Lara Trump did a whole show on MAHA.
It was a great show. I walked away from it with so much hope for the future of our country. Her guests were:
Dr. Marty Makary: Commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Dr. Jay Bhattacharya: Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Dr. Mehmet Oz: Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
This video is well worth watching. The possibilities are beyond what we can fathom with real patriots running these agencies.

Here's something fascinating that happens when you put a clove in your mouth just before you go to bed.
It's an ancient practice used in Ayurvedic medicine to support better sleep, digestion, and oral health.
When you place just one clove between your cheek and gum about 5-10 minutes before bed:
Eugenol gets released — a powerful compound that kills harmful bacteria in your mouth and gut.
It helps stimulate melatonin production, your sleep hormone - so you feel more relaxed and fall asleep faster.
It also reduces inflammation throughout your entire body, helping your system calm down before sleep.
So pop one whole clove in your cheek or under your tongue.
Suck on it for 5-10 minutes before bed.
Then spit it out before you lie down.
