Stretching is one of the best things you can do for your whole self in the morning, and added bonus, it helps wake you up and makes you feel more energized! Animals know this, if you have a dog or cat, notice it’s always one of the first things they do when they wake up! Stretching increases mindfulness and awareness of your body and surroundings, which is important to the animal kingdom.

Stretching your body for just 5 or 10 minutes in the morning relieves tension you’ve built up through the night and increases your circulation, including blood flow to the brain. It kick starts the parasympathetic system - the “rest and digest” system - and will help keep a smooth balance in your transition between sleep and awake phases, plus it will make you feel more relaxed while simultaneously increasing your energy!

Bonus points if you can stand outside on some grass or soft land to ground yourself to the earth while you stretch your arms up to the sky and then slowly reach down and touch your toes. This isn’t some woo-woo practice, it’s actual science! While grounding, your body picks up negative ions that act as antioxidants in your body, neutralizing free radicals. I can feel a big difference in my physical body and state of mind when I do this. So give it a shot!

Happy morning, friends!

2 questions for you my friends this morning!

What’s your favorite place to get essential oils?

Does anyone have a recommendation for sweet almond oil in particular?

This is insane! I’m blown away. I’m so happy that people are excited about this show and getting themselves healthy! I really believe the BEST thing any of us can be doing first and foremost is taking our power back by reclaiming our health. I can’t wait to see where we all collectively take this and what else it will lead to.

Thank you all so much for doing this with me! 🌱🩷

Morning, friends!

Eggs are such an amazingly nutrient dense food, packed with essential vitamins and minerals, Omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and choline for brain and liver function and fetal development during pregnancy.

Definitely going to do a whole episode on eggs, dairy and meat! But I wanted to show you the eggs I use.

Unfortunately, many commercial chickens are fed a diet full of soy. While pure soy in small amounts isn’t too bad, most soy in the US is GMO. It’s also used in so many products you may be getting far more soy than you realize.

Soy contains Phytoestrogens that function like human estrogen, they can bind to estrogen receptors in the body and cause either weak estrogenic or anti-estrogenic activity.

Soy is a known endocrine disruptor, blocking the synthesis of thyroid hormones, which is why iodine is added to soy baby formula.

Soybeans also contain antinutrients like phytates and trypsin inhibitors, which can interfere with the absorption of certain minerals and proteins.

So remember that while eggs are one of the best things we can eat, not all eggs are created equal! It’s important to pay attention to the conditions the hens are kept in, what they’re fed, and if they are given antibiotics, because all of those things will be passed on to you and your family when you eat their eggs.🩷🥚🍳🐓

Next week on The Clean Living Project I’m going to be covering the wonders of Castile soap and all of the DIY products you can make out of it to use in your home! If anyone has any recipes or uses or interesting tid bits about Castile soap, please share them!

I’m also going to be showing you a brand I found that makes AWESOME laundry and dish soap without all the toxic crud, and, get this, IT ACTUALLY WORKS.

May also use this episode to go into hormone disruptors, what they actually do to our bodies and how they are in just about every commercial product that comes into contact with our skin. 🌱

Also, if anyone knows of an alternative Castile Soap to Dr. Bronners, who is unfortunately woke af now, I would love recommendations! 🧼🫧

SICK.

I’m telling you, cutting out sugar was one of the best things I ever did for myself. I’ll still have it occasionally, but it hardly ever sounds good and I very rarely crave it. Most of the time the thought of sugar grosses me out. Once you break yourself free from the sugar cycle, you will have more energy, sleep better, feel better overall, be less likely to get sick AND you won’t even miss it. You just have to get through those initial days/weeks of detoxing which is a real pisser. But if I can do it, you can do it!

They want us to treat obesity simultaneously as a naturally occurring disability and also something to be celebrated. It is neither.

Obesity is a choice. And it's one that will ruin your life.

In a society that's been conditioned into being offended by everything, we've lost touch with what kindness actually is. Kindness is not applauding you for facilitating your own demise, it attempts to empower you to save yourself instead. Sometimes kindness can sound harsh to an overly sensitive person who would rather make excuses than do the work they need to.

It's actually unkind to pretend someone's issue is not their fault because it takes away their power to change it. They want us to be "nice" and tell people how brave and beautiful they are while they circle the drain instead of remind them they're holding the plug.

I'd rather be kind than nice.

By the way, Dove, who is apparently supporting this campaign for “fat liberation” has some of the absolute most toxic products on the shelves, with ingredients that disrupt hormones, cause cancer, harm the immune and reproductive systems, etc. These companies don’t care about you or your health.

Question for everyone: I’m putting together a list that I’ll be sharing on my show this Tuesday with products that are staples in my house now that I am living clean that I’m using to replace all the toxic chemicals I used before. Things like baking soda, borax, sea salt and white vinegar, for example, I find I’m using a lot.

What are some of the staple products you always keep on hand?

Ok another question (sorry, I am needy today and I missed you guys 😂)

What’s a good place to buy seeds? I want to start a small garden this fall with my son, but I know a lot of people are getting more into gardening so it seems like a good topic for the group.

Looking for heirloom seeds for things like carrots, zucchini, and maybe recommendations for some other good fruits or veggies to plant in the fall! 🍂🍁🍃

😊

This is how we dooo eeettt 🎶

Companies catering to woke/marxist ideologies don't care about our health. Dove is one of the worst offenders out there poisoning their customers. Boycotts WORK. The sooner we collapse these evil corporations, the faster we'll get alternatives on our shelves from businesses who understand they need to listen to what the people WANT. Nontoxic, safe, and effective products without the wokeism.

PSA, The Clean Living Project will NEVER DM you. As with all channels, this one is now being cloned to dm and attempt to scam people. It’s just the nature of Telegram, unfortunately. If you ever get a dm from The Clean Living Project, please report if you can and block. Sorry about that, guys! Thank you. 🩷

TOMORROW on The Clean Living Project I’m going to be covering Castile soap, one of the most useful things you can have in your house! You can do everything with this sucker. It’s nontoxic, effective AND inexpensive. I have a bunch of recipes for different uses around the house and on your person. I’m not kidding when I say you can do everything with this stuff, from brushing your teeth to cleaning your floors to doing your laundry. It really is a miracle product. Sometimes in our quest for cutting edge products, it’s best to go back to basics with the way people used to do things decades ago.

For those of you with zero interest in making your own products, I’m also going to show you a company I found that makes wonderful nontoxic laundry and kitchen products that actually work!

If there’s anything else you’d like for me to cover in tomorrow’s episode, please let me know in the comments! 🌱🩷
