This is a great 8 minute breakdown of a lot of the research I did on my own years ago when battling infertility and hormonal issues. I see how common this is these days, and she’s right, it’s NOT NORMAL.

It’s defeating because the whole system is set up against us. The changes we need to make in our lives to combat this are wildly inconvenient. Plastics were a big one, we don’t realize how much plastic is in our everyday lives.

One thing I would add to this are cosmetics and beauty products which also contain estrogen or mimic estrogen in the body or just generally disrupt the endocrine system.

Yesterday on the show I mentioned the war on salt, just wanted to show you guys a couple things about that.

Here is a link to the FDA’s proposal to amend regulations to permit the use of salt substitutes in standardized food, to reduce sodium content.

Once again, unelected mommy and daddy agencies making decisions for us in the name of “health” that is anything but.

I will NEVER believe that FrankenFoods and chemical compounds are “healthier” for us than natural food staples that people have been consuming since literally the beginning of human existence.

This isn’t about our health.

Salt substitutes typically employ potassium chloride, MSG and other dangerous chemicals to mimic the flavor of real salt.

Products like “Salt For Life” by Nu-tek (a Bill Gates-endorsed company link) containing potassium can be extremely dangerous to some people causing heart attack and even death. Link

We seriously need to stand up against genetically modified crops and engineered food. There’s a reason they are being backed by people who openly advocate for population reduction.

I also touched on this in yesterday’s show, the frequencies of different fabrics.

With so many synthetic fabrics we wear and come into contact with every day, it’s important to consider not only the chemicals they contain, but also the frequency they emit. The human body is affected by the frequencies that surround it, and disharmony can cause poor sleep, agitation, and even illness.

But let's face it, there hasn't been anything real about McDonald's food for a very long time. Please stop voluntarily poisoning yourself for convenience and cost. Yes, real food is more expensive. But nothing in comparison to the cost of the health issues this stuff will give you.

Did Wendy’s, McDonalds and all the other fast food crud houses use 1¢ burger day to roll out lab grown meat? Was there something more nefarious in it? Why would they be giving food away for essentially free?

Remember: If you're not paying for the product, you ARE the product.

So we now know to stay away from antiperspirants that contain aluminum because of links to breast cancer, Alzheimer’s, etc, but what about using aluminum in cooking?

Studies show that using aluminum in cooking and food preparation DOES in fact contaminate your food with aluminum.

I will admit that until recently I had been making bacon in the oven using aluminum foil. 😬 I switched to unbleached parchment paper (not to be confused with wax paper, they are not the same).

Make sure the pots and pans in your kitchen are not aluminum. (Side note, did you know that teflon leaches fluoride into your food?) Stick with pots and pans made out of glass, stainless steel, ceramic, or cast iron. And ditch the foil for parchment paper.

Not So Fun Fact: "Fragrance" is considered a trade secret and is, by law, protected from needing to disclose what it's made from. It could be made from any number of synthetic or natural, harmful, disease causing chemicals. Same thing goes for flavor formulas in food.

The agenda to make us sick is more obvious now that they're literally pushing obesity on us, but it actually started with the ultra-thin supermodels of the 90s.

The obsession over skinny, frail bodies was how they sold us fat-free, low calorie, Frankenfood and "meal replacements" and got us hooked on Diet Coke. On top of what I call aerobic-mania. Fad diets and unhealthy workout regimens that were stressing out our systems.

That was the fall of health.

Is it intentional? You bet your giblets.

When we’re sick, we are slaves to their system. Obesity is an industry for them. Big Pharma alone makes bank off of blood pressure and diabetes medicines, heart disease, cancer, depression, sleep apnea and breathing problems, surgeries, etc.

And when you’re sick, depressed, and lacking energy, you’re less likely to wake up and pull yourself out of their matrix.

I gotta share this with you guys! I was going to wait until my episode on soy, but I hate not sharing when I find something I love.

I recently discovered Organic Coco Aminos as a replacement for soy sauce! If you’re like me and trying to get away from soy, and you also eat a lot of asian food (Japanese cuisine is my kryptonite) then you are going to LOVE this stuff. It’s a game changer.

Coco Aminos are made from fermented sap of the coconut plant. It contains zero soy or gluten, so it’s a great alternative for those with allergies to either. It also contains less sodium than soy sauce.

It also tastes BETTER than soy sauce imo, I’m not kidding. It has a richer, fuller flavor. Almost something between soy sauce and a dark molasses. I could seriously drink the stuff.
