A lot of us would normally just pop pills for some of these things, but I’d much rather get my medicine from food, where nature intended. Have any of you made more conscious food choices for ailments like these? Did they end up helping you?

Autism levels have gone from 1 in 10,000 in the 1970s to 1 in 36 in 2020. The CDC will tell you this is a mystery, a puzzle. In fact, they literally made the national symbol for autism a puzzle piece. But parents and doctors had discovered a correlation between autism and heavy metals in the body/brain as early as the 1990s and were having SUCCESS in completely reversing autism with chelation therapy and detoxification protocols that removed aluminum and mercury. Know what contains aluminum and mercury? Vaccines. (Links: Aluminum, Mercury in vaccines) There have also been vast jumps in the CDCs standards for childhood vaccines with a recommended 6 doses in the 1960s to over 72 doses in the last decade or so.

Everything is vibration.

There are frequencies that harm and those that heal.

Most of the music we listen to is set to a frequency that’s disruptive to the human body. In 1975 they changed the standard tuning for music worldwide to 440 hz, which is out of harmony with our human vibration. It’s agitating to us, whether we consciously realize it or not.

We are inundated by harmful frequencies to the point where we no longer notice their harm and just accept the terrible way we feel as “normal.”

When you remove the negative frequencies and introduce more of the healing ones, you will once again be able to feel the signals coming from your mind, body and spirit telling you what things you need more of and what you need less of. It is innate.

Take a few seconds to listen to this and pick up the signals your body and mind are sending you.

The above goes for everything, not just music. Food has its own unique vibration (harmful or healing) as do the people we spend time with. Same with the clothes we put on our body and the objects we fill our homes with. Thoughts and emotions have a frequency. Not just our own, we are also affected by the vibrations of thoughts and emotions of the people around us.

Practicing the discernment of frequencies may feel odd at first. But the more you do it, the more automatic is becomes. Really try to stay in tune with the changes in your physical and mental state when a new “vibration” is introduced and listen to whether or not it’s in harmony with your natural frequency.

It’s not woo woo, guys. I promise you, it’s science!

If you’re ever having trouble finding hope or happiness, instead search for GRATITUDE. Don’t worry about it being deep or profound, it’s actually better to start with the smaller, seemingly less significant things. Feel gratitude for that first sip of coffee, warm socks, fresh air, a funny meme. ☺️ The more simple the things are, the better the exercise in gratitude. Be grateful for toilet paper! (Seriously) Running water. Your bed. How good it feels to scratch an itch. Getting to hug someone you care about. Music. Pets. Whatever functioning body parts you are lucky enough to have. The list is literally endless!

I promise you the more gratitude you can find, the happier you will feel no matter what.

Try coming up with at least 5 things you’re grateful for right now and maybe write them down. Remember, they don’t need to be profound, bonus points if they’re silly! I think if we could do this every morning, we’d all improve our lives. 🩷
