🔹In the #Kherson-#Crimea Direction, there are counter battles near #Peschanovka, where the AFU has become more active, and in #Krynki.
💥 Ukrainian positions in #Chernobayevka, the regional centre, #Sadovoye, #Ingulets and #Tyaginka are under attack.
💥 Russian positions, in Golaya Pristan, #Podstepnoye and Cossack Camps.

🔹In the #Zaporozhye Direction, the RF Armed Forces counterattacked from the direction of #Novoprokopovka and near #Verbovoye. ⚠️The frontline did not change. In both areas, one or the other side is trying to seize the initiative. The RF Armed Forces also ⚠️tried to advance towards #Krasnoye.
💥 Russian long range weapons targeted the AFU in #Kamenskoye, #Pyatikhatki, #Gulyaypole and #Malinovka.
💥 The Ukrainian ones targeted the RF Armed Forces in #Zherebyanka, #Kopani, #Novoprokopovka, #Verbovoye and #Marfopol.

🔹On the #Donetsk Front, Russian forces attacked after shelling on the southern approaches to #Novomikhaylovka, near #Georgiyevka and the town of #Krasnogorovka. They also conducted assault operations at #Nevelskoye. With the support of long range weapons, they attacked #Pervomayskoye, southeast and northeast of #Avdeyevka. They also continued their offensive in #Stepovoye (⚠️Stepnoye as Wargonzo spells is still wrong; not to be confused with the settlements of the same name in the Zaporozhye and Ugledar directions) and near the AFU-controlled #Novobakhmutovka (the settlement of the same name to the east is behind the RF Armed Forces).
💥 Ukrainian positions in #Konstantinovka (not to be confused with the settlement of the same name southwest of Bakhmut), #Kurakhovo, #Berdychi and #Novokalinovo were under fire.
💥 The AFU artillery worked on the RF Armed Forces in #Maryinka, #Donetsk, #Vodyanoye and the village of #Krasnogorovka.

🔹In the #Lugansk Direction, the Russian forces, supported by long range weapons, resumed their offensive on #Belogorovka. They also attacked from the direction of #Ploschanka. ⚠️There is an advance. After shelling the RF Armed Forces conducted assault actions near #Petropavlovka and in #Sinkovka. ⚠️The AFU held their positions.
💥 Ukrainian units in #Torskoye, #Nevskoye, #Berestovoye and #Ivanovka came under attack.

Trump won the first caucus in Iowa by a huge margin. This caucus is the first step of primaries where the republican candidate will be chosen. The primary process works more or less like the election itself, with a quantity of delegates assigned to the winner of each state rather than simply counting who has the most votes.

Differently from the national elections though, in the primaries each state has its own system to assign delegates, and in the case of Iowa the 40 delegates are distributed proportionally to the vote share. This means Trump will start the race with 20 or 21.

Vivek Ramaswamy, who finished 4 but still with enough votes to elect delegates, announced he will stop campaigning, which essentially means the same as pulling out of the race. This will also play in favour of Trump.
