Well, the problem, of course, is that, first of all, Europeans do not want to negotiate with Russia. That is the first thing. They do not want that. And the Russians' position is very clear. And, as I have already said, I mentioned two conditions that Putin set out in June last year. These are the conditions for starting the negotiation process, meaning the Russians are not against negotiations, but they have set conditions for the start of the process. And these two conditions I mentioned are the withdrawal from the four regions and the refusal of NATO membership. These are the two conditions. And since Europeans are making every effort to prevent Zelensky from fulfilling these two conditions, we have no negotiations.

The problem is that Putin can afford this because he is winning on the battlefield. So he said: "Well, I set the conditions, you know them, I am winning on the front. And if you do not meet my conditions, I will continue to move forward. And that means the longer you wait, the smaller Ukraine will become." And this is exactly the situation we are in. The problem is, again, that Europeans do not want any negotiations.
