Governor Northam has used an Executive Order to restore a felon's right to vote upon completion of a prison sentence. This means that if a felon is on probation, they can vote. There's also a loophole. A felon who violates probation and is in custody will not have voting rights revoked. Dems are running the circus. It didn't end well for the Ringling Brothers.
