It's basic human psychology: we see in our outer world what our inner world is focused on. These people see the object of their ire everywhere, even in non-trans children. The political extremism is getting completely out of hand. Both sides, left and right, are being manipulated and galvinized toward fear, paranoia, and hatred. Imagine blaming all the world's problems on trans and drag queens, instead of on the people who are using LGBT folks as scapegoats and human shields. It's a distraction from the sick people pulling the strings. The ones shaking the jar of ants so that they fight one another instead of fighting the one who shook it.
