I just had surgery this past
week and been using the Rife Machine (Thank you Jay Gilliland !) my appendix was removed and it wasn’t pretty,’it’s not like they were very capable in this general hospital here in Mexico.

It had the size of golfball and little balls on top, like a spike proteïne monster.

Doctor said it takes 2 weeks for the wound to close. Well, it’s closed now and I was operated on the 17th ! That Rife Machine is killing it with the healing! Still in pain and taking test but getting there

The Senate Intelligence Committee has unanimously approved its new Intelligence Authorization Act (IAA) for 2024, which contains extraordinary Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) provisions.

Noteworthy elements of the legislation include the suspension of U.S. government funding for illicit UAP programs and the provision of legal amnesty to defense contractors suspected of possessing non-human craft or materials.

Regarding the proposed amnesty provision, defense contractors and other entities in possession of UAP-related material or information obtained from or through the U.S. government must voluntarily disclose it to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), the government's dedicated UAP office, within 60 days of the bill's enactment.

Subsequently, within 180 days, any defense contractor falling under the purview of this new law must make the disclosed information or materials available for assessment, analysis, and inspection. And that includes ‘all non-earth origin or exotic unidentified anomalous phenomena material.’

If complied with, then any defense contractor linked to potential illegal UAP programs will face ‘no criminal or civil actions’.

Another proposed provision aims to withdraw funding from any potentially illegal UAP activities that are safeguarded under ‘special access’ or ‘restricted access’ limitations.

This applies if such activity has not been ‘formally, officially, explicitly, and specifically described, explained, and justified to the appropriate committees of Congress.’

And to what specific activities is Congress referring?

‘Recruiting, employing, training, equipping, and operations of, and providing security for, government or contractor personnel with a primary, secondary, or contingency mission of capturing, recovering, and securing unidentified anomalous phenomena craft or pieces and components of such craft.’

Notice the reference to ‘craft,’ which aligns with the assertions made by former senior intelligence official David Grusch, who claimed that the U.S. government holds “intact and partially intact” craft of non-human origin.

Furthermore, the bill mentions another UAP-related activity, indicating the committee's potential suspicions regarding the possibility of reverse engineering possessed crafts.

‘Analyzing such craft or pieces or components thereof, including for the purpose of determining properties, material composition, method of manufacture, origin, characteristics, usage and application, performance, operational modalities, or reverse engineering of such craft or component technology.’

Another extraordinary activity that would result in the withdrawal of funding from potential programs pertains to potentially secretive advancements in propulsion technology derived from UAP craft.

‘The development of propulsion technology, or aerospace craft that uses propulsion technology, systems, or subsystems, that is based on or derived from or inspired by inspection, analysis, or reverse engineering of recovered unidentified anomalous phenomena craft or materials.’

The language then delves into specifics regarding the propulsion aspect and implies the potential existence of an operational craft utilizing exotic propulsion:

‘Any aerospace craft that uses propulsion technology other than chemical propellants, solar power, or electric ion thrust.’

To clarify, the aforementioned points indicate that Congress harbors suspicions regarding the existence of covert activities, possibly orchestrated by defense contractors, involving ‘non-earth origin or exotic materials.’

These activities are believed to entail possession of aerospace craft that operate using unconventional propulsion technologies.

My emphasis in above extract:

"Potentially illegal" is extremely significant, because as many of us know, the human rights abuses that have occurred in many off-the-books special access programs are legion, as well as egregiously horrid.

In addition, the language contains provisions mentioning "recruiting, employing, training, equipping, and operations of, and providing security for, government or contractor personnel with a primary, secondary, or contingency mission" that has anything to to do with recovering, studying, and reverse engineering technologies and components derived from UAP craft. This is an extraordinarily broad bill targeting the SSPs in general, and due to its scope, it could be construed to apply to ANY and ALL activities of unacknowledged special access programs operating in any of the space, ocean, or terrestrial domains. All SSPs have as their "primary, secondary, or contingency mission" the recovery and/or study of extraterrestrial technologies or craft, even if their stated mission is something alternate to this, such as Earth defense or targeted assassinations. (The fact that assassination is officially prohibited as a tool of US gov't espionage has not stopped some of the programs from using it to enforce the agenda of the people running said programs, nor has it stopped ongoing assassinations by the alphabet agencies or by any other organization extant on Earth or in space.)

The fact is that what we have been witnessing is nothing less than a well-coordinated psychological operation involving the disclosure of operations in multiple domains that entail the recovery and development of exotic technologies from non-human sources, which may in addition to this, use illegal means to procure dominance and secrecy. This includes but is not limited to (a) the programs which are currently or have in the past recruited, trained, and equipped personnel involved, directly or indirectly, in the recovery of, and R&D projects pertaining to, non-human technologies and materiel, (b) the illegal concealment from congress of the programs running these operations, as well as the ops themselves, and (c) the litany of human rights abuses documented to have occurred within many of these programs.

I have observed and intuited the existence of a covert civil war within the military-industrial complex for some time now. Some factions wish to end much or all of the secrecy surrounding these programs and abuses, while others, in keeping with their psychopathic nature, wish to continue covering up their own crimes. A psychological operation this may be, but the fact that something is a PSYOP says nothing of the nature of the personnel involved in perpetuating said PSYOP. In other words, PSYOPs can have either positive or negative consequences for humanity. The revelation of the nature and extent of illegal activities on Earth or in space associated with operations currently existing outside the public domain, while painful in the short-term, will be nothing short of a net boon to human consciousness in the long run. We must cast off the petty grudges and hatreds that negative factions seek to perpetuate as a distraction from more important revelations. They play many polarizing cards: race, gender, sexuality, belief, politics, in an attempt to divide and separate us; to mold us in their fearful and hateful image, so that they can continue committing crimes unopposed. In order to beat them, we must first stop playing the game which they themselves have orchestrated. In addition, we must ensure that the people involved in this disclosure op, and in other net positive operations, are held to account, and do not become the oppressors from whom they originally sought to liberate the planet.

This is no time to become complacent, nor to keep looking to savior figures of any sort. We have to become our own saviors. To do anything less is tantamount to moral, intellectual, and spiritual apathy. And apathy is death. We will unite under the banner of liberty and compassion as one Earth, one humanity; or we will fall.

I can now CONFIRM that some of the programs I removed from my vault when I exited the matrix while on an ayahuasca journey were indeed removed and the new ones I replaced them with are ACTIVE!!
