During oral arguments on August 8th, in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, Ashley Cheung Honold, a representative of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) from the Department of Justice, stated that physicians possess the freedom to prescribe ivermectin for the treatment of COVID-19.
Ashley Cheung Honold, a lawyer from the Department of Justice representing the FDA, highlighted in a court session on August 8th that the FDA explicitly acknowledges doctors’ jurisdiction to prescribe ivermectin as a COVID-19 treatment.
The government is upholding the FDA’s reiterated advisories cautioning the public against using ivermectin for COVID-19, which even included a message that read “Cease usage.”
Three medical practitioners have initiated a legal case, asserting that the FDA unlawfully disrupted their medical practice through these declarations. The case was initially dismissed by a federal judge in 2022, prompting an appeal.

The ensuing companies have denied ownership of the problem, denied the problem exists, denied it's a public health problem, abandoned the cables, or insisted that are integral to providing service nationwide
• fter a 2021 lawsuit, AT&T agreed to clean up over 6 miles of lead cables from Lake Tahoe, which the company claims it no longer uses and is estimated to cost $1.5 million. However, cleanup has been repeatedly delayed for logistical issues

..I’m writing this column because, maybe, now that folks are starting to face the fact that the whole “free-speech Twitter” thing was an elaborate con, or a trap, or a PSYOP, maybe, now, they can knock off the “Elon is our savior!” crap and try to pay attention to what is actually happening.
Here’s an example of what is actually happening …
Here’s a link to that Tweet with a recording of the Spaces thing. It’s Linda Yaccarino, X CEO, explaining how the new censorship system works. And here’s my favorite Yaccarino quote:
