Do not listen to scaremongering, trolls and cowards that may be trying to sew discontent within our Movement to try and dissuade us from attending, and remember – we are taking flack because we are over the target! Yes, there are other protests taking place that day, but they will be well away from us and their numbers are likely to be derisory.

With enough of our people on the ground, the police will be overwhelmed and they will fall back, then we will proudly march through our capital city, heads held high with the world’s media watching us! We will inspire millions more!

Yesterday a new Bill was passed to stop Protests and take away Freedom of Speech.

The new Bill is unlawful (ultra vires) and invalid.

According to some Common Law groups the Bill is invalid also within Maritime Law.

Here is what they say:

Under Article 11 of the European Convention of Human Rights (to which the UK Government is subject), citizens have the "right to the freedom of peaceful assembly and association including protests".

This also makes lockdowns and social distancing illegal.

These rights are absolute and cannot be superseded, set aside, or undermined by any Act passed by the UK.

The Human Rights Act would have to be repealed before the UK Government can amend laws which affect the rights enshrined in the ECHR.

Article 18 states that the restrictions allowed by the convention should not be applied for any other purpose than those explained in the convention itself.

The bigger question, to ask, is why are they putting any of this in place if no foot to stand on?

There is absolutely an agenda. They will go ahead with this as far and as fast as they can.

The only thing to stop them is us. Our resistance – and of course our numbers.

If we keep on resisting – particularly using Laws, which already exist and which they can hardly say they didn't ratify – then eventually they will have to cave in.

Magufuli died at age 61, on 17 March 2021 of heart complications.

Tanzania had no masks, no vaccines, no tests, no quarantines. Magufuli declared Covid-19 a scam as early as March 2019.

Sadly he'll now be replaced by WEF's member: Samia Suluhu Hassan.

Article 5 of the Bill of Rights confirms the #CommonLaw right to #petition (don't use the word #protest) the Crown for redress of grievances and it PROHIBITS one being arrested and charged for doing that.

The police could use clause ‘59 Intentionally or recklessly causing public nuisance’ of the legislation ‘passed’ in Parliament on Monday as its tool to torture us.

HOWEVER, if we lodge BEFOREHAND a declaration that we intend to petition the Crown for redress of grievances.

This will be #admissible #evidence to prove our #intent and lack of recklessness should we be arrested and help dismiss any charges.

Constables are briefed before operations.

This document will be available as disclosure if we are arrested and charged.Proving whether The Commissioner properly directed her subordinates, or not.
