Follow some simple rules:
🤍 Food processing tends to reduce the nutritional quality of food and so where possible you should try to buy fresh food and either eat it washed and raw (if appropriate) or eat it after cooking for the shortest length of time.
🤍 Buy vegetables whole. Don’t have the leaves removed from carrots or the stalk removed from a cabbage or cauliflower. If you buy the vegetable whole vitamin C will continue to be produced and moved into the edible parts of the plant.
🤍 Cook foods in the minimum amount of water or steam, avoid high cooking temperatures and long heat exposure and don’t soak vegetables for long periods.

We need to write a letter to every senior school in the country to stop them administering the Covid vaccine in September, as leaked government reports say they are going to do (https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9502227/Coronavirus-UK-Children-young-12-Covid-vaccines-September.html). They will vaccinate children 12 and over, meaning they will invoke Gillick competency and not require parental consent (or even parental knowledge), and will bully children into it.
Therefore, it's vital we get a comprehensive document to every school in the country outlining why they should not do this - including to schools which don't have any "vaccine hesitant" parents, as children cannot be sacrificed to this diabolical agenda just because their parents are poorly informed.
Miri Anne a prominent legally trained activist will be putting together a letter and we really need every parent on here to email it to all the schools in their area.
As well as this, Freedom Education UK will be actively involved in producing and distributing leaflets to hand out at school gates and possibly arranging protests outside schools where there is enough support

Covid passports proving vaccine status will be available for summer holidays
Covid passports will be made available to prove people have been vaccinated as early as next month, in time for summer holidays, the travel industry has been told.
The Department for Transport wants an official certification scheme that gives British travellers a document they can show at borders overseas in place by May 17.
In a separate development, a European medical agency recommended that fully vaccinated travellers should be able to sidestep tests and quarantine.
It potentially smooths the path for holidays to more than 20 countries that have indicated they could ask travellers for proof of vaccination, such as Israel, Croatia, Turkey, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus.
Greece has moved to reopen its tourism industry by dropping quarantine rules for travellers from more than 30 nations if they have been vaccinated or tested negative for Covid-19.
The Covid vaccine certificate could come in either digital or physical form, with government officials exploring the best way to make it work in the tight time frame.
Critically, the proof of having received a Covid jab would be certified by UK Government, meaning it would be accepted by countries demanding evidence before entry.
