Perhaps enforcement are to guard the prospective "overflow" of hospitals Gove hinted at the other day? Maybe he got some pointers from Israel on how to hide empty hospitals. Let's not forget £500m hospital closure due to lack of erm, patients. Whilst cancer patients are dying by the hundreds.
Unless oh wait, why not use these as vaccine centres? Now there's a grand idea.
We've already seen 20 or so enforcers stopping a church service of 11 church goers. All of whom whom were applying social distancing and masks legislation.
20 vs 11 people. The 11 are way less than what you would find in any large supermarket.
