Major discomfort is part of this entire transformational process- both in the microcosm & macrocosm of things. Facing it all head-on, rising to the occasion, & making choices that go against habitual behaviors of the old paradigms, is what is warranted now. It’s all being catalyzed by the components of the machine, to provoke us to turn inward, to self-discipline, heal traumas, self-empowerment & community- a generational communion.

A good pattern interrupt is to actually sit with yourself in solitude. Why? The ones driving the noscripted agenda don't want people quieting their minds. Why? Because many answers we seek (also collectively) reside in the subconscious mind, waiting on standby to rise to the surface mind.
