So, I took a break from my bigger social media platforms.
On that…people think they are taking a break from social media but then they put on Netflix. The brain doesn't know the difference. Most people can't even go to the bathroom (or any other room, for
more than a few mins) without taking their phones with them.🥴
A good pattern interrupt is to actually sit with yourself in solitude. Why? The ones driving the noscripted agenda don't want people quieting their minds. Why? Because many answers we seek (also collectively) reside in the subconscious mind, waiting on standby to rise to the surface mind.
In solitude & silence is when/ where most creativity is born. It's a time/space where true self reflection, growth & divine intelligent guidance can occur. It's also proven to be decompressing & restorative. Sit in nature & just be in the present. No devices. Just be. -TMA

Addressing the mental & spiritual aspects as well! It needs to be addressed so much more than physical aspects of healing/health; it's all relative. People don't realize how forgiveness alone can release people from actual, physical chronic illness. Not to say that “Love” doesn't count, but it doesn’t simply stand alone in the grand scheme of things.
