🇦🇺Australia imposes sanctions against 90 Russian citizens and 40 organizations. This was reported in a statement by Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.

The prime minister said that the sanctions list would include "Russian ministers responsible for energy, natural resources, industry, education, labor, migration and healthcare, as well as citizens and organizations of economic and strategic importance to Russia."

The Australian government has not yet published a detailed list of citizens and organizations subject to new sanctions, however, it is noted that it includes the Kalashnikov concern, Admiralty Shipyards JSC, Tupolev PJSC, V.P. Makeev" and the enterprise producing infantry fighting vehicles, "Kurganmashzavod".
