I think it's a coping mechanism to funnel our hate and frustrations onto individuals. It feels more possible to take down 1 evil man rather than being confronted with the reality that it's an entire machine with thousands of working parts. Soros is just one part.

More than 160 thousand Ukrainians of military age fled to Germany. This is more than half of the entire Ukrainian army at the moment, according to the German publication Bild.
According to the German Interior Ministry, as of February 2023, 163,287 Ukrainian men of military age have entered the country since the beginning of the conflict, the publication says.
