-Potential receivers to manage dissolution of cancelled LLCs

-a list of all defendants and any other entities controlled or beneficially owned

-inform the monitor as to what extent any third-party has ownership, partnership, or interest in any section 130 entity

-Provide Dept of State records re: Section 130 entities

-Advance notice of a number of Section 130 particulars
