There's something really hinky about this once past the blatant racist stupidity; like, why TF are black & brown people in CA okay with the equivalent of an APB being put out on any young adult who hasn't committed a crime other than ghosting? I've got some questions including who are these 18-25 yr olds that're running away, from whom might they be running, and what's with the sudden urgency to catch them? 🤨
