ICYMI: A train derailment was reported near on Highway 58 near Keene Wednesday morning, according to the Kern County Fire Department.
KCFD crews said three BNSF train cars derailed approximately one mile east of Hart Flat exit ramp on Highway 58. The department contacted Union Pacific and BNSF officials and learned no injuries were reported or requests for medical aid.
Railroad officials surveyed the tracks in the area and reported no leaks or hazards to the area.

Should be interesting. Maybe even fun.

While this is the same court that heard Trump's appeal over Judge Chutkan's gag order and gave us the humorous exchange over whether Trump could call Jack Smith a "liar" or if he had to soften it to an "untruth speaker," it will not be the same panel of judges who heard those arguments.
This time it will be Circuit Judges Karen Henderson, J. Michelle Childs and Florence Pan. Henderson was appointed by President George H. W. Bush. and both Childs and Pan were appointed by President Biden.
