Mark your calendars and check the Youtube notification bell for January 9th, 2024, at 9:30 A.M. That is the date and time selected for oral arguments in Trump's appeal in his D.C. case.
Should be interesting. Maybe even fun.

While this is the same court that heard Trump's appeal over Judge Chutkan's gag order and gave us the humorous exchange over whether Trump could call Jack Smith a "liar" or if he had to soften it to an "untruth speaker," it will not be the same panel of judges who heard those arguments.
This time it will be Circuit Judges Karen Henderson, J. Michelle Childs and Florence Pan. Henderson was appointed by President George H. W. Bush. and both Childs and Pan were appointed by President Biden.
