“You take what the enemy meant for evil, and you turn it for good”

These past two years were the result of a very wicked, meticulously designed plan by people who are severely disconnected (at least in their perception) from the creator and his unfailing, unwavering infinite love.

If it weren’t for this dark experience, however, I wouldn’t have created HFfH. I would likely have left the army to work a normal 9-5 job with some engineering firm. I wouldn’t have connected with the many beautiful souls I’ve connected with— establishing lifelong, deep friendships in the process. I wouldn’t have a burning desire to be a major source of love and change in the world. I wouldn’t have deepened my exploration of who I am. I wouldn’t have explored the depths of a number of topics I’ve been fed a one-sided narrative on. I wouldn’t have taken as many hard looks at what matters in my life, what my values are, what I value in relationships, and where I stand in this experience of life. There are so many more things I could say that I’m grateful for, and they were ultimately brought on by this experience.

I am certain things have been dark. I am certain darker things are to come. I am even more certain, however, that when we’re aligned with God and his infinite love, and have the courage to speak and act out of this infinite love, whatever the enemy means for evil, we will overcome and turn into something beautiful.
