I’m not a Christian, but I recognize the power of Yeshua’s name. I recognize the love that he embodied. I recognize the example that he set. I recognize that he balanced speaking truth boldly and unashamedly with wisdom and deep love. I recognize that, in my opinion, he was speaking to much deeper truths than were conveyed in taking his words alone at face value, and only those with hearts aligned to receive it could truly understand the message.
I have more love for Christ now than I ever did as a “Christian.”
I also recognize that, while many worship sessions and modern church services are void of truth and void of Christ’s message, there is tremendous power in coming together to praise our creator. That’s why I still love worship music even though I’m not a Christian.
