This is the last thing I’ll say on this.
I’ve given this too much energy, and it IS absolutely because I’ve become frustrated at the countless people who’ve asserted I and others are CO for simply giving my/our honest opinion(s). I acknowledge I was triggered by that.

From my IG stories yesterday.

Was the killing completely staged? Just another trauma-inducing psyop meant to manipulate perception?

Was it real, but wrapped in layers of deception, with the “it was all fake” narrative itself designed to distract us from exposing the forces behind it?

Was the distraction meant to distract us from the distraction that was a distraction?

Was the entire point to keep us glued to our screens, spiraling through footage, theories, and outrage—so endlessly consumed by trying to “figure it all out” that we forget to live?

So caught up in mental loops, so fractured into ideological tribes by algorithmic design, that we lose sight of our humanness and stop seeing the humanness in each other?

I was an evangelical Christian from basically age 16 until 23ish. I then went through a period of rejecting all forms of Christianity. And yet, throughout that time, and especially now, I’ve felt deeply called to Christ. Not in a new-agey “Christ Consciousness” way, but also not in what I was taught in religious circles. Fitting, as I’m 33 years old—my “Jesus Year.” This book came highly recommended, so I’m diving in:

I went hard against Israel during the first 6 months after October 7. Did multiple podcasts on it. Then I started noticing that everyone and their momma was turning on Israel, and Israel and its bedfellows seemed to be doing things overtly to piss everyone off.

Something felt “off” about it back then (and it didn’t feel right in my soul nor productive to consume daily videos/images of innocent adults and children being blown up), and I don’t remember where I saw it, but someone said it was likely intentional on Israel’s part. This is a good summary of it.

And just to be clear, I DO NOT subscribe to any belief that says “all Jews are evil.” That is absurd. Nor do I subscribe to the belief that what’s discussed here represents all of those who practice Judaism. I am not anti-Semitic either, and that term has been weaponized to mean literally any criticism of Israel.

This is not something that I typically give the energy of my attention to, but I think it's important to point out the pattern that I suspect will emerge.
