Most people make Vitamin D from exposing their uncovered skin to the UVB Rays in sunlight.
People with dark skin, the elderly, obese, those taking cholesterol lowering medications will struggle to make Vitamin D from sunlight in the parts of the world with low UV levels.
Vitamin D is essential for a good immune system. Most people that died from COVID were found to have very low levels of Vitamin D
Expect much more deaths from Flu & Covid in Winter .. Flu season should be renamed Low Vitamin D season.
Dr Anthony Fauci is said to be taking 6,000iu of Vitamin D per day. Whilst the UK RDA is only 400iu and 800iu in the USA
