'Denying Equal Opportunity' to Asian Students: Lawyer Walks Through Supreme Court Case Against Harvard
Cory Liu says Harvard has discriminated against prospective students through the creation of arbitrary and irrational racial quotas.

Let’s discuss what this means.
Here’s why they did that:
1.) Because they’re moving two entire mechanized divisions, including bridging equipment, fuel supplies, and logistics to Ukraine, & Ukraine aint got the forces to stop it &
2.) because putin knows biden is mentally incompetent & susan rice & other idiots like kamala harris are running things & we wont intervene.
That means if WE don’t intervene, neither will the rest of NATO. Do you know why???
Because Europe was fucking stupid and chose Putin’s natural gas pipeline over Trump’s Natural gas exports. Now Putin owns them. He can turn the supply to Europe off any time he wants with no consequences, because Joe Biden saw to it the US energy sector cant fill the void.
And if they decide to fight for Ukraine anyway, half the submarines in the Red Banner Northern Fleet are already sitting just off shore of every major EU port/harbor ready to blockade them. And without the US Navy’s surface forces & attack submarines the EU doesnt have a prayer of fighting the former Soviet Navy, who’s submarine force has been revitalized & modernized over the past 10 years.
The NATO countries thumbed their nose at Trump, and decided not to do anything significant to improve their military force readiness. They didn’t take his warnings seriously. Instead they worked with Russia & China to get rid of Trump to avoid paying NATO dues. And to get a complacent Biden administration to re-instate the rip off of America, the Paris Climate Accord.
And now Ukraine is going to be sacrificed because of the EU’s hubris & weakness. And their greed.
Do you know what the readiness level of the German Bundeswhere (army) is? They dont have enough main battle tanks fit for battle to field an entire battalion- appx 1000 men and about 50-60 tanks. The Luftwaffe (air force) has under 20 (twenty!) fighter planes combat ready/flight worthy. France is better off they have a stout readiness- but they cant do it on their own and WONT. Not for Ukraine. The UK? High & excellent readiness...and every soldier, tank, and supply vehicle has to go from the UK by ship across the channel to france (Le Havre) then across land to the battlefield OR a slow cruise past all those russian submarines to way closer to ukraine.
Putin holds all the cards & the US is not up to the challenge. Ukraine is going to be annexed. And no one is going to do a damn thing about it. But here’s the $64,000 question:
Does he stop there???? Does that Russian armored spearhead keep going and invade & annex poland? If that happens, russia makes it to the border of Germany. Then what?
The EU leadership should be pissing their pants right now. They thought their buddy vlad was their business partner so they were all too happy to help get rid of trump & re instate the paris climate accord & stop paying NATO dues again.
The only questions left to answer is: can NATO save Poland????????? WILL NATO choose to fight & save Poland????

Words on paper. The US is a hollow, paper tiger & the Russian government knows it.
During the cold war, multiple times a year, NATO staged exercises called REFORGER. The acronym stood for Reinforcements to Germany. The goal was to rush men & equipment to europe to fight a Soviet invasion. Those exercises ended at the end of the cold war & America doesn’t have the sea lift capability to do that anymore, nor does the US Navy have enough ships to escort those convoys.
The reality is the US doesn’t have enough troops in Europe to stop a Russian invasion. And we dont have the sealift & escort capability to get them there quickly enough.

The German parliament's military commissioner has published a report sharply critical of Germany's combat-readiness. The problem comes amid the country's increasing involvement in military missions abroad.
I should add that Poland maintains a high level of readiness & professionalism but they are an extremely small military.
