The smoking gun in the drop box story, imo, is not necessarily the fact that Fulton County et al didn't have proper records. The most important part is that the SOS office early on is on the record saying they didn't check, that it was up to the counties. They didn't do due diligence in this crazy election, KNOWING Fulton County always has fraud. Instead they went on TV constantly saying everything was wonderful. And Gabriel Sterling said in a news conference, on the day of the Senate hearing, that the people testifying were buying into Iranian disinformation... think about that.

I am listening to Warroom from yesterday. MTG talking to Bannon about more to come in GA. I concur. There is more to come. People never stopped working on it. I know these people personally. They have been working their tails off. All i's dotted, t's crossed.

If you watched that hearing with those witnesses that Cheeley called, it showed that these are serious people. No circuses. No media spotlight. Just a grind of very serious people doing very serious work.

AZ Senate Files Motion to Dismiss Clinton-Affiliated Records Lawsuit

New in Election "Audit" Legal News:

AZ State Senate Will Release More About the Election "Audit", But Moves To Dismiss Public Records Lawsuit That Would Require Cyber Ninjas' (and Subvendors') Correspondence

The Motion to Dismiss (filed by attorneys Kory Langhofer and Tom Basile) lays out a strong argument as to why public records requests should not apply to the contractors hired by the state.  

They then try to turn the tables on American Oversight and its supporters, noting that if Cyber Ninjas' internal documents are subject to public records requests, so too would Dominion's and Runbeck's - the providers of the voting machines and systems used in November's election.
