We knew the Maricopa audit would lead to criminal referrals to the Arizona Attorney General's office. Karen Fann told us that in an interview last month.
Today, state Senators Borrelli and Townsend mentioned the AG's office. More confirmation that this is the way forward.
I'd bet $100 dollars that when Doug Mastriano met with the AZ Senate to get strategy tips for PA, AZ Senators told him to ask politely for the election materials, but be prepared to issue subpoenas, and have a law enforcement agency willing to investigate because that's where you'll be a couple months down the road.
Any county election board that plans to defy their state's legislature will end up in the middle of a criminal investigation.

Has anyone heard from Marc Elias today? I wonder if he enjoyed today’s AZ Senate hearing as much as we did?

Too many people watched today. The incompetence narrative was blown out of the water.
Fann will see them in court. And will win.
They are methodically building their case.

No one knew what to expect from today's AZ Senate hearing. It was billed as a status update. The auditors were going inform the Senate where they were in the process. No preliminary report.
I'm a little shocked that so much "unofficial" data was released at this point in the game.
Its clear the Senate understands that we're engaged in an information war, thus they opened the firehose and let 'er rip.

If your RINOs were waffling on audits, now is the time to press them.
You want to know why there were no valid leaks from the Arizona audit? Because they had no-crap, real life dirt on many mechanisms to achieve fraud. Mail, machines, physical ballot issues, double and triple voters, ineligible voters, multi-scanned ballots.
You can’t have that come out early and get squashed.
Now you know how someone who never left his basement got “81mm votes.” For what it’s worth, I’m through 14 states with a very conservative estimate and have already found about 3.4mm excess Biden votes based on population growth, registrations, and trends. So he’s already under 78mm votes.
Tucker is covering fraud now because he knows it’s about to dominate the news. More believe today than yesterday. Stop worrying about what may or may not happen and live today.
Tomorrow has enough trouble if its own.
