I'd bet $100 dollars that when Doug Mastriano met with the AZ Senate to get strategy tips for PA, AZ Senators told him to ask politely for the election materials, but be prepared to issue subpoenas, and have a law enforcement agency willing to investigate because that's where you'll be a couple months down the road.

Any county election board that plans to defy their state's legislature will end up in the middle of a criminal investigation.

A judge denied a motion to dismiss by Karen Fann in a case where a media company is seeking access to Cyber Ninjas records. The judge ruled that as a goverment contractor, they are subject to open record requests.
