I just played this video for AG Merrick Garland. He refused to comment on how many agents or assets of the federal government were present in the crowd on Jan 5th and 6th and how many entered the Capitol.
The apology came from the board of directors. The board never authorized the original letter which was done by the ceo and the president of the nsba in cahoots with white house lawyers who I think actually wrote the letter and had the 2 shills sign it. I also think doj asst AG Monaco was involved . AG Garland had concerns about protecting his daughters husband's CRT business.
The board is investigating the ceo and president. I expect them 2 to step down
