Gaige Grosskreutz is somewhat unexpectedly not a very good witness for prosecutors. He testified he had not drawn his gun, only to have the state correct him and tell him the video shows the point at which his gun was in his hand.

So this witness just testified in court that he was going to shoot Rittenhouse.
