Gaige Grosskreutz is somewhat unexpectedly not a very good witness for prosecutors. He testified he had not drawn his gun, only to have the state correct him and tell him the video shows the point at which his gun was in his hand.

So this witness just testified in court that he was going to shoot Rittenhouse.

US seizes $6 MILLION in ransomware payments - Ukrainian citizen in custody

The Justice Department has indicted Yaroslav Vasinskyi over a July ransomware attack on American company Kaseya. (CNN)

Vasinskyi, who was arrested in Poland, faces charges of using the ransomware 'REvil,' which has been utilized by hackers to extort millions of dollars, a source told Reuters.

At least 1,500 businesses around the world were hit, according to the indictment the DoJ unsealed Monday.
