The Prosecutors knowingly sent a much lower quality of video hoping the defense would never find out, in order to hide exculpatory evidence from the defendant. They intentionally violated his brady rights.

The defense was denied high definition footage showing an individual armed with a rifle & also shows Kyle’s actions & confirm the defense’s testimony about the events.

This is exculpatory evidence deliberately hidden from the defendant & from the Jury by the prosecution.
