The defense was denied high definition footage showing an individual armed with a rifle & also shows Kyle’s actions & confirm the defense’s testimony about the events.

This is exculpatory evidence deliberately hidden from the defendant & from the Jury by the prosecution.

And the self-defense rights of every single American citizen hang in the balance as well.
