Attorney Jonathan Turley said they shouldn't criminalize accidentally choosing the wrong weapon. He said this has been an issue for years and they keep kicking the can down the road.

Ellison chose to prosecute Potter on 1st degree manslaughter for an accident to sensationalize and race bait.

Turley said that the judge's instruction to go back to the drawing board and start over after she heard the jury was hung on one of the counts basically pushed them toward a guilty verdict for Potter. That's wrong too.

I sincerely hope the verdict is overturned on appeal.

Daunte Wright attended Edison High School in Minneapolis when George Floyd's girlfriend worked there as his teacher.

She was his ‘teacher’. She was supposed to be serving him. By her own words she failed him. Seems like a concurrent theme with her, considering her boyfriend was a violent criminal & drug addict. So was her ‘student’. Patterns tell you a great deal.
