7. You see, the problem is that technology advances, and congress got the definition of what constitutes a firearm very wrong, but thats the LAW: the legislation was passed into law & the ATF & the White House cannot legally simply rewrite it or redefine it to suit their whims.

8. Now let’s dive into what a so-called ‘ghost gun’ is. What we are talking about are home-made firearms that individuals create, from incomplete, partially manufactured components.
