4. Joe Biden stood there, and used a Polymer80 brand 80% pistol frame & slide as a prop. He lied to Americans & claimed the Polymer80 frame could be turned into a fully operational firearm in half an hour with nothing more than a power drill & everything in the kit he showed off to horrified & ignorant state media posing as a free press.

6. Reality is far different than the alarmist scare porn Joe Biden knowingly fed to the gullible, complicit media on monday. Let’s take an in-depth look at EXACTLY what Joe Biden used as an example of what he is using executive Fiat to ban. Read the ATF’s new bureaucratic, white house ordered unconstitutional rewriting of the 1968 gun control act federal law which defines a firearm receiver:

7. You see, the problem is that technology advances, and congress got the definition of what constitutes a firearm very wrong, but thats the LAW: the legislation was passed into law & the ATF & the White House cannot legally simply rewrite it or redefine it to suit their whims.

Rekieta Law had a great interview discussing this at length & in great detai last night with a noted & experienced attorney who specializes in Second Amendment cases & constitutional & federal law. You can watch the video here start at 18:00:

8. Now let’s dive into what a so-called ‘ghost gun’ is. What we are talking about are home-made firearms that individuals create, from incomplete, partially manufactured components. Joe Biden, the Left, the ATF, and the anti-gun lobbyists want you to believe these guns are like legos; that anyone can acquire them, & with minimal effort & no skill, build a gun & start committing crimes with them, circumventing mechanisms to stop that.

That’s not reality. Lets see what’s in the box! ⬇️

9. This is what you get. A white (or black) box depending on how old/new the stock is that your frame came from, with a couple of things in it.

10. The firearm’s frame, the front & rear rails, & a pair of drill bits. The bits are often warped, few people use them. It’s nice that they are provided, but most home builders choose to use their own higher quality bits, but we’ll come back to that.

⬆️11. Here’s the gun. According to the ATF, to Lyin’ Joe Biden, & the anti-gun lobby. Do you see the problem? No slide. No internal parts. No trigger. No magazine. But look CLOSELY…

12. See that plastic wall in the first picture? See those fins on the side in the middle & on the back of the frame? Those have to be removed very precisely. Until they are removed they block the installation of key components.

13. A finished Glock pistol, & that’s what this is meant to become, has 4 holes drilled in the side, for pins that are hammered through & held in place by friction. They hold the entire frame assembly together. Note that there is ONE (1) hole drilled. You must precisely drill out THREE (3) remaining holes, of two (2) different sizes on both sides. They must be no larger than a maximum tolerance of 3.05mm & 4.05mm respectively & must be 3 dimensionally straight & level & perfectly matched to the corresponding hole on the opposite side or its trash & cant be used. The goal is to slightly UNDERSIZE the holes to give adequate friction to keep the pins from walking out of the frame due to the shock & vibrations of firing.

Does that sound like something a gang banger is going to do? Or know how to do?

14. This is how the pistol begins: an upper slide, and a lower ‘receiver’. The gun itself is defined in the 1968 gun control act, as a completed receiver, and must be serialized to be sold & go through an FFL & be background checked. But, these carry no serial numbers, because…..they aren’t finished receivers. They still require 20% of the machining & milling to make into a useable receiver. That’s where the term ‘80 percent builds’ comes from. They cannot be used until the remaining 1/5 of the machining is done to them.
