Another great analysis of yesterday’s #2A decision. One MAJOR point: this ruling ENDS judicial activism in 2A cases by lower courts like the 9th circuit, by literally ordering them verbatim to interpret the law based on strict narrow historical viewpoint. What does that mean: it means no more convoluted ridiculous ‘modern’ interpretations that excuse infringements.
