One MAJOR point: this ruling ENDS judicial activism in 2A cases by lower courts like the 9th circuit, by literally ordering them verbatim to interpret the law based on strict narrow historical viewpoint. I have been thinking about how the Left reacted today.
They seem completely caught off guard and in reaction mode, with no coordinated plan. Even though they knew it was coming because of the leak.
It makes me wonder. Did they really think their terroristic intimidation efforts would work to cow Alito and Thomas?
