"Mr. Kushner testified before a grand jury at the federal courthouse in Washington last month, where he is said to have maintained that it was his impression that Mr. Trump truly believed the election was stolen, according to a person briefed on the matter." https://archive.is/PMIXQ#selection-545.0-545.256 They are DESPERATE to show that Trump's claims about the election were fraud, because he didn't really "believe" it. I have seen this trope so many times over the past couple of months. Even in the Fanni case. I wrote a thread about the 3 cases against Trump. They all come down basically to the same issues. His state of mind. And they want to try and mind read and indict him on what his state of mind was at the time. The tale of 3 Trump cases.
It basically comes down to the same issue. Trump didnt listen to the 'approved' experts
In the MAL case he chose to listen to
@TomFitton
on the PRA. Why? Bc JW has the only court opinion on the PRA. The approved experts disagree thus 'obstruction.' Btw. Knowing this is what happened, how Fitton described his GJ appearance makes sense now. The SC lawyers spent a lot of time debating him on the Clinton sock drawer case. He said it was like being on a MSNBC panel. In the J6 case, he chose to listen to Eastman who cited the Constitution which says the State Legislatures control elections and had the right to review, investigate and certify contested electors. Hawaii 1960 legal precedent. The 'approved' experts disagreed. Thus 'sedition' We dont know for sure, so I am guessing about the GA case. The latest we learned is that Trump commissioned 2 'expert' reports which told him there was no 'widespread fraud'. He chose to listen to his GA legal team led by @CletaMitchell that had the best case in the nation. The case didnt receive a timely court date (contrary to GA law)
He called Brad to discuss the data in the case. His team was working w/ public data available from the SOS office. Brad told them their data was in error. But would not provide them evidence of how it was in error. Trump didnt trust 'expert' Brad either. He also didnt trust 'expert' Barr who said no fraud. We learned later that he didnt investigate anything and actually shut investigations down- see US Atty in PA and Tony Shafer on the USPS and @JeffClarkUS at DOJ. They are hinting at RICO and wire fraud in GA. Because he 'knew' according to 'experts' what he was claiming was false. I say he didnt believe them. Now they are trying to "read his mind" How has that worked out in the past for them? Notice the pattern here?

Beltway approved 'experts' vs outsiders
Administrative state vs voters.

They had to take him out

PRESIDENT TRUMP ON RON DESANTIS:

“This kind of neo-con rhetoric, mocking Russia’s nuclear weapons, along with implying that Putin must be tried and presumably executed as a war criminal, only increases the chance of deadly nuclear escalation… I am the only candidate who can prevent World War III.”
