So like my mom keeps on lecturing me about how I cannot have too much candy, as one’s body produces a limited amounted of insulin per lifetime, the essential ingredient required to process sugar. The complex carbohydrates also contain sugar, which in turn also requires insulin to process. How much sugar(or pure sugar) can I eat in a lifetime(all sources of food)?
