request Tossing a hunk of absolute zero ice into lake Michigan, spectacular or silly?

Say I could gather about a kg of water in my hand and use magic to cool it to nearly absolute zero, and then I toss the resulting ice into lake Michigan. How big of an iceberg would it create and how fast? Would using 10kg of water proportionately make an iceberg 10 times the size?
