⭐On 13th March 2025, Saifullah Kasuri travelled to Jaish's Bahawalpur headquarters again & stayed there until 17th March 2025. He met Rauf Asghar and Jaish commander Masood Ilyas there. It was at this meeting that Pahalgam was finalised as the attack site.

✍ After meeting between Jaish & Lashkar leaders in Jaish HQ, order for the Pahalgam attack was issued by Army Chief Asim Munir to ISI Chief Asim Malik.

⭐ ISI chief Asim Malik entrusted his most trusted officer, DG Special Operations of ISI, Shahab Aslam, with the responsibility to execute the Terrorist attack in Pahalgam.
